Marlene-I thought it was self explanatory that the patents are well protected from other companies trying to use the any part of the technology for their own product development. Furthermore do you really think any one on this forum has ever had interest in buying shares? I thought this blog was created strictly to under mind the Scuderi Group. Just because I am the only person on this forum trying to support them and my investment that makes me some kind of crook, give me a break. Maybe the S.E.C. is looking into others individuals on this blog who are not investors, however for some reason are personally involved in trying to hurt the SG and their investors who actually do have faith in the company. Molukke-Maybe you can let me know which bold claims I have made as I'm not aware of them. Otherwise nothing is in stone, it's only my opinion, take for what it's worth, if you think my opinion is stupid don't listen to it, isn't that the purpose of public forums. As I have said many times before I am completely unattached from the SG, never received even a penny in compensation from anyone for my support, have never convinced or tried to convince one family member, friend, enemy, co worker, associate to buy even one share, nor will I ever try to convince anybody to buy any shares. Maybe I'll take some time away from this blog, that seems to be the consensus and that is what most on this forum want anyway, to be able to insult, accuse and under mind the SG, without any counter response. Have fun!!!! I'm sorry you trusted them, but Salvatore and his cronies are preventing the public from paying less for energy. It's about time someone else had a chance.

ScuderiGate,
If you are talking about regime change, no..it isn't time for that. There WILL be a time for that but not until he fixes this mess. If you are saying the group should just pack it up and go home ... turn off the lights on their way out? No, no thank you.
Paul, You deserve a vacation but don't be gone for long. Most of these posts are from folks just needing an outlet to vent...when looked at like that...just let them vent.

Will the S-1 be filed this month? When will they go public?

Going public without at least two power gen locations up and running will be a disaster for shareholders.
Regardless of the SPV's, contracts or backlog, investors will take a pass without working installations. The initial offering might be a success if they only offer a small amount of shares. Three months after the IPO the shorts will take over. Six months into it they have to open up our shares and they won't be able to control the mass exodus.
The answer to your question, IMHO, is too soon. The Scuderi's should sit on the shares for a year and prove themselves first. Even if everything goes well from here on out, if they don't hold off on going public we will be selling our shares for less than a buck.
If they continue on this course without proving themselves first I will short enough shares to recoup my losses. I'll flip my hedge upside down or at least create a reverse iron condor with my locked up shares in play. I'm not sure I'll have any other option. I would encourage everyone else to do the same if the Scuderi's think they can go public with nothing but a SPV or two to show for it.
ARRRGGGGGGGGGG

The SEC is a non-issue, right? LOL
S-1 will surely not be affected. Major investment banks will back Scuderi and get us onto the NASDAQ board by latest end of October.
Sal will do the ice bucket challenge around November and donate a billion to ALS.
In December, 83% of Mexican population will be able to play Black Jack in Scuderi powered casinos.
Probability of all this happening according to Nick: 96.7%, the remaining 3.3% only represent a delay of a month or two.
Sure thing.

Hey! Let's just wait one minute here ladies and gentlemen!
I have repeatedly been warned this raise would close! Month after month I have been given one last opportunity to get in! Occasionally, I get word that the deadline was extended due to an overwhelming demand, but lately, my LLC manager has fallen silent.
Did it close, or are we still able to buy? If I had just one wish, one dying wish, one last choice in this world...I would wish there was enough time to sell all my belongings, mortgage my homes, and buy more units.
S-1 by years end (I think someone said)!

Guest, I'm ok with you expressing your feelings but the probability of them owing taxes and/or filing for BK this year or before mid year next year is slim. They should be filing taxes every quarter just like most corps and most of us.
If they execute their current plan within the next few months that should kick the can down the road a bit. I know we don't have the numbers available to hash it out so I guess we will just have to disagree on this.

I don't believe I said anything about them owing taxes. That would require revenue that leads to profit. I simply stated that they should be filing their tax return soon 10/15) which I am assuming is on extension. I personally am not interested in kicking any can down the road. Time to face the facts.
