For those that have invested in the past, including you Paul, my opinion/advice would be to chalk this one up to an unfortunate learning experience. Obviously do NOT throw good money after bad. Heck not even Paul is doing that. Sorry again but their are WAY too many red flags flying. The SEC has one role and that is to protect investors from violations of the Securities Act. Not to persecute innocent Business men/women. The victims here are many small time investors NOT the Scuderi Clan. The millions that they took from the investors will become real when they file BK. invest in yourselves everyone.

As soon as someone uses foul language in a public forum, I disregard anything they say. It only takes a few words to determine character, intelligence, and upbringing.
I do have a question for everyone. I found out about this blog through rather unusual circumstances. It seems I was directed here by an individual who may have questionable motives (not sure, but maybe part of the actions of those two who were mentioned in a previous post?) Someone mentioned a Lonny Doyle. Is that the person who is responsible for the content of this blog and its posts? Is he perhaps in "cahoots" with those other two? Just asking, because I'm confused about what is going on here.
For those reading this blog, how did you find out about its existence?
If you have any clarity for this puzzle, please let me know soon. I doubt that I will be wasting much more time reading here, as many of the posts here (a sampling of just a few pages, I confess) appear to be petty and vindictive and seem to have a malicious agenda.

80% of the claims were dismissed as a result of the Motion to Dismiss.

That's been asked and answered. It was funded by the inventor, a childhood friend of Carmelo. He needed a company for it to be assigned to, so they did the inventor a favor. Patents can be owned by people. This is endemic of the mentality of management. This or that person is deemed an insider - give them special treatment. There isn't an honest businessperson among them. They know nothing but cronyism, and they ain't even good at that.

Mr. Guest, The Lonny Doyle that dominates the first few pages of any search engine when his name is entered is the one we are talking about. Please, start there and you will understand. While he has been thought of as a competitor he has been nothing but a stand up guy to most of us. It was hoped that the Scuderi tide would raise all ships but that idea sank when the SEC findings were released. Lonny Doyle is not in cahoots with anyone. Thank you for explaining the influx of new posters over the last couple of weeks. It has had a real impact on the nature of this blog but not entirely unwelcome. If folks have something to say that is what this blog is here for....by the grace of Lonny at this point. Most blogs about companies have a petty and vindictive face from time to time... All the blogs over at yahoo are this way: finance.yahoo.com/mb/f/ for instance. The lower the market cap the higher percentage of vitriol. Google abandoned their blogs because it was full of paid posters among other reasons. Anyway, cheers Mr. Guest. I'm not sure what you were looking for but I hope you find it. Paul, Are our "about thirty days" up right about now? I don't expect the next phase to be pain free but maybe it will help to change some of the tone here. I won't be convinced until some engines are purring but if they execute in the next few days, it goes in the win column.

Thank you, MHamil, for your input and a bit of background on this blog. Are you interested in general engine development, and is this what drew you to this blog? If so, I would understand. What I don't understand is the majority of posters on this entire blog are just posting about this one thread, and nothing about other engines, especially Mr. Doyle's engine. (And no disrespect to Mr Doyle, but no success or non-success of the Scuderi engine, SEC or no SEC, will have anything to do with the failure of a faulty idea. There are designs which I believe will never be successful. Now that I've pulled up information on his design, I see many of the fatal flaws in this engine similar to the Motiv engine and others. IMO, neither will ever be licensed or adopted, even if money were no object, but I apologize for getting off topic - must be the engineer in me!)
And getting back to my question, how did you first find out about this blog? I'm still trying to figure out how and why I have been directed here. I'm not saying that Mr. Doyle was involved in directing people here solely to make disparaging remarks about another company, but I'm confused how he could start a thread with this name without having an existing readership of individuals already involved with Scuderi. And, if so, how did they know to come here and start posting? Any further input anyone could give me will be greatly appreciated.

Mr. Guest-I thought it was strange to see the topic created about "Opinions about the SG misuse of funds"?? I had questioned Lonny Doyle's motives at the inception of this forum and Lonny Doyle had explained his reasoning in detail. There has been a belief that there are some individual's out there looking to capitalize on the demise of the SG and unfortunately this forum has help them along the way. I don't believe Lonny ever intended to assist them, however his topic did open the door for their slanderous comments. I invested in the SG over seven years ago and continue to support them, however there have been several people making slanderous comments who admit they are "not" investors. It is very strange to me that they would take up such a cause with no skin in the game.
MHamil-Based on what we have heard at the webinars, I do think there will an investor announcement sometime between now and the end of October which will give us more clarity on the SG and their road map towards success.

Paul, I think we heard different things...I did go to one of the early webinars...and I heard very specific wording. Either things have changed or different info is getting out there during the meetings. I imagine that is an inherent problem with many small meetings over the course of a month. It would be nice if the Scuderi's would not announce timeframes that are moving targets. If Sal doesn't know when something is going to happen...he should say so instead of picking a date out of a hat.
