Based on past propaganda from Scuderi you can't trust them for as far as you can throw a stone. I would not believe any hype that they put out because they have have not earned the trust of their investors nor anybody for that matter. Until I see a return on my investment I will never believe a word of what they say because they have lied to us on so many occasions. I find it to be very ironic that Sal is coming back from vacation, a vacation he should not be taking because investors are just about ready to storm their place of business because of the lack of any type of communication from them, some would call "THE SILENT PERIOD". I would certainly like to know where Sal got the money for his vacation as well? I would also like to know where the 80 million dollars went and the current salaries being paid?? We were told by them last year they were going public....they didn't because basically they have no idea what they are doing and are incompetent to say the least. There current communication strategy is to pretend that they did not get 80 million dollars of investor money and just ignore investors? ?

Psst. You don't need a salary when you kept the 80 large.

Neil. You are a shill. I have done the math from the last numbers I saw and the business had to run out of money years ago- or they have raised devastatingly dilutive capital without telling investors. I can explain dilution to you if you like.

Listen, Kneel. I just know your type. You are a bully that doesn't care about people that work hard for a living. I do. That's what makes us different. I have tons of humility- except when it comes to you. I am smarter than you for sure.

Stop, Neil. Own who you are. You are all bulled up, yet you claim to have no access to the Company. All that does is raise false hope. There are lots of people that are invested in this Company that are not frequent investors and you know it.

So neil what do we call your comments over the last 4 years professing the SG is going to make us happy, wither within 30-45 days or the 2nd quarter, the fall, etc. You have done nothing but invoke false sense of hope in many which I would call more asinine than any other comments posted here lately.
Don't want to start something here, don't want to get the heat turned up but that was an unnecessary post.
I've been staying on the sideline for a while now and plan to stay there because I believe we are closer to turning off the lights than any Scuderi making good on anything they have said. Shall we start with the promised webinars coming soon.......God I hate that word and won't use it anymore in day to day conversations with anyone. It has no meaning when it is in a sentence with any Scuderi or Scuderi Group or whatever they're calling themselves today.
Have a nice weekend everyone. Behave neil.

I am assinine. Whatever.
You get to live with your contribution to the misery of others. I choose to live my life differently.

robo, the only thing you, I and fellow investors are missing is an update from SG. Disappointing and inappropriate to say the least. Leads investor's to think the worst when SG doesn't have the courtesy to get something out to investors. Over four months and nothing.
Leads some of us investor's to sing Elvis Presley's song...

Maybe this will help many of you to understand why we do not get updates from the SG. I used to ask this question a lot and this was the answer I received from the Director of Shareholder Relations (or whatever title they gave Ruth):
I will say to you again that we do not have quarterly updates, nor are we obliged to do so, as we are not a public company.
When public, we will have quarterly earnings calls and, on that day, will also include written information on our website. The website will also have a link to the recorded earnings call.
