Hey guys, as of right now, EBC doesn't have Sal or anyone else from Scuderi scheduled to speak at an upcoming program. It's unclear if the April program that was cancelled will get rescheduled.

Hunter-I won't discuss contracts or terms of these contracts on a public forum, however I have seen a signed PPA from a quality end user with my own eyes. June 8, 2016 neil563

Neil - how is it possible that you have seen such contracts and are not an insider? It is simply not true that SCE financial condition has no bearing on the finance ability of a project. That is not how it works, and it is false to say otherwise. The structure of a project financing is critical to whether it works or not. I emphasize - if a public utility bound itself to a long term contract, there would be an RFP and there would be independent disclosure on the topic. Crickets

My advice, or opinion is not to give this guy anything signed by yourself. Of course it is your decision to make. Think about it? TU...

I find it hard to believe that the company shows its contracts to an investor just because he signs an NDA.

Everyone is so set on tearing apart each other, you are all missing what is going on.
We are in the preliminary stages of another direction change by the Scuderi's. They have a new Razzle-Dazzle play.
I am the Profit, Let me paint the picture, You remember of course a few short years ago they promised a Small Quick IPO so those wanting to get out with a profit
could do so, This was to be followed by a larger IPO when they determined it was appropriate. Look at all the re-posted/Updated ( yeah right ) articles that
are being proliferated on the net. This is not by chance, they have a reason behind this.
Dollars to Doughnuts, They are going to tie their IPO back in with the Scuderi Air Hybrid Car engine.
lol - we are going back into Automotive mode. When they have a webinar and explain all this, and they will, Keep this in mind,
1) they have to get an engine from a car manufacturer 2) They have to design their special heads for that engine. 3) They have to get the heads built 4) They have to test the engine with those heads and Run the engine through all the tests the manufacturer requires. 5) They have to give the engine back to the manufacturer for them to test. 6) If it performs then they will be negotiating a deal.
Assuming no glitches ( Nothing this complex happens without a glitch ) we are talking three years minimum.
The quick Energy IPO was just aborted.

I assume this is the end. If it does not go class action though, they will pay Paul to go away and we will be back where we are now.

Good question carguy but I believe they loaned the SG money about 18 months ago to keep it going. I think everyone is sucking wind.
The good part of this is we can begin to take the loss on our IRS returns, for some who are retired this can be good because it won't show as income.
Like I've said, 30-45 days.
