@paul
Is AHIS part of any Mexcican drug cartel?
What about the FERC approval?
How much money do they have? You claimed that you know about it
"They are not depending on the raise" - Paul, what are you smoking? Is that some Mexican stuff?
"The SG realizes that revenue is the quickest way towards success ..." - Wow, so revenue is the quickest way towards success? Brilliant, I would have never thought of that, just pure genius! How about generating some of that successful revenue then? Haven't seen any of that magic stuff over the past 10 years
"... and have implemented a sound business plan towards achieving that goal." - Does that business plan involve any countries with no extradition treaties?

Your questions are idiotic, however Sal did recently mention at the current burn rate the SG has the next ten months covered in overhead. Ten months seems more than enough time necessary to bring in revenue and prove the companies current business model.

Paul is sure that the IPO is around the corner... S1 shortly after imminent revenues coming in.. LOL
Just to remind everyone. SEC open issue. No audited financials. Closure of German office. Lutz Deyerling (who liaised with AVL and 2G) fired.
In his goodbye letter to investors he clearly said that he never got answers concerning financials, current cash and the bonds.
But Paul can go to the office and get the financials.
Does anyone know if the management prefers black, latin or white guys as cell mates.

Aaron, don't put words in my mouth and/or pretend to think you know something about me, nothing is for sure, as several of you brain scholars have pointed out in the past. However I do believe revenue is a possibility, and if revenue is a possibility than the S-1 is a possibility and if the S-1 is a possibility than so is an IPO. Furthermore everything you have mention will have no effect one way or another on the SG being successful or not and please keep your racist comments to yourself.

Paul, I apologize. They should of course also be able to choose an Asian guy. Or a transgender.
Maybe we should say they hopefully be able to opt for sizes.
I have not put you anything in your mouth. I hope you have never received shares for writing this shit.

Didn't the prospectus state that Deyerling was Head of Global Financials? How come he didn't have any insights into the financials then? So, it seems the Scuderis are not controlled internally by anyone who is not a family member and there is also no external control since there are not even audited financials ...
Fraud Prevention 101 anyone?
I am wondering how much longer the SEC will tolerate that they do not follow their order and release audited financials. And what exactly do the Scuderis have to hide that they do not want an auditor to see?

Paul is a fairly public figure and has received plenty of compensation for what he does and has done. He, more than most of us, will benefit from Scuderi success.
However, he is not the subject of this forum and should not be the target of your anger. Please keep from making this personal.

Read this article about corruption in the Mexican casino industry! www.mcclatchydc.com/2011/11/22/131076/corruption-in-mexico-casinos-takes.htmlSome excerpts: - multimillion-dollar "investment" disappeared, adding the tribe to a list of victims that includes a mammoth hedge fund in London, an Australian manufacturer of gaming machines, an Arizona investor and two Mexican textile tycoons. - gambling remains technically illegal in that country - A horrendous act of violence on Aug. 25 first exposed the dark underside of Mexico's casino industry when gangsters firebombed the Casino Royale in Monterrey, Mexico's industrial northern hub, killing 52 people. Those arrested later confessed that they were pressuring the casino owners for payoffs on behalf of Los Zetas, one of Mexico's two biggest crime groups - But a McClatchy probe in the months since has found evidence that the corruption in Mexico's gambling industry goes much deeper than a shakedown by drug gangs - It's unclear what, if anything, the U.S. government has done to warn investors of the risks or to help prosecute alleged scammers such as Rojas-Cardona, whose criminal record in the United States includes the dismissal of a drug charge in New Mexico. BUT THIS IS CLEARLY THE BEST SENTENCE(!!!!): - "The Mexican system is so corrupt and unregulated that U.S. casino companies refuse to enter the Mexican market. That, however, has not kept Americans from being victims of the corruption." That AHIS deal now sounds much more exciting than a boring multi-billion dollar license with some boring company such as Daimler or BMW, no?

CrestviewXV, Are you a freaking idiot or just a habitual liar? I have never received one penny in compensation from the Scuderi Group ever and also note I have never convinced one family member, one friend, or one co-worker to ever invest in the SG, my conscious is clear. How can you make that comment, it is an out right lie and your a liar. Liar Liar pants on fire. LOL

Crestview, everything being said is factual. Scroll back and you find Paul claiming he never received benefits... But let's get back to the topic...
So you are saying Paul has received and/or receives stock/money/benefits for helping raising money and informing the investor base. Wow, that is a strong statement!

CrestviewXV Sorry for being so hard on you, but you were out of line with your comment. You were right about one thing, I will benefit by the Scuderi Groups success, I put my money where my mouth is and actually invested in the company which is more than most people on this blog can state.

The SEC will surely also love to add Paul's benefits to their agenda if this has been the case. Unfortunately it might take some time until we find out.
So far it is only a rumor.

Another idiot has spoken, I'm the only person who actually uses his real name on this blog, no one else can make that claim. Do you really think if I had something to hide I would ever consider posting on this blog? Oh! I am not Paul Caron I'm admit to being an investor, nothing more and nothing less, I want the Scuderi Group to be successful so my investment can also be successful. Just think how boring this blog would be if I didn't respond to your stupid comments and crazy accusations?

Paul,
I sincerely apologize. You are not who I thought you were. That was a tragic mistake on my part and please accept my apology.
You share the first name and a REALY close birthday with Paul. I couldn't help but tie those facts together.
Please forgive me.
If you are from the Springfield area, you know of Paul. Maybe you went to school with him.
Mr. Caron has taken a great deal of money from Scuderi:
2004 - $65,000.00 2005 - $65,000.00 2006 - $116,700.00 2007 - $80,000.00 2008 - $60,000.00 2009 - $65,000.00
Or should I say that it was gifted to him from the Scuderi's.
And all the Scuderi's got from it was a short dog and pony at the state house.
