Frank-I'm pretty sure you do not have to be an investor to participate in the webinar.

Since no one wants to comment I have to assume that there is no news worth speaking of

Frank-There seems to be many positive things going on, but most won't discuss it on this forum which is mostly made up of individuals who do not support the SG in any way. As I said before you don't have to be an investor to attend any of the webinars so sign up and let us all know what you think.

Frank (S?), I agree with Paul that there are some positive things being talked about and you should call Ruth or Sal. There is a short timeframe in which SG has said they are going to execute part of a plan. I have to assume they will have a press release if things work out. So, even if you don't get in on a webinar, you should have an idea shortly. I think it is worth mentioning (and obvious) that SG has had some trouble keeping to most of their self imposed timeframes. So, believe me, nobody is keeping anything spectacular close to their chest...Its not like driverless cars or anything.
Have a good one.

Frank go back through this blog and you will see that the same supporters of Scuderi have been saying the same thing forever! In 6 to 8 weeks you'll hear the earth shattering news!!! Bigger than Google! We are all going to be wealthier than our biggest dreams. Don't worry about the 4.5 million that we borrowed stole whatever.

Thanks. Will try to get on one of these webinars. Reading these comments though it sounds like there is still no specific plan for taking the company public in the near future, right?

Frank-There is a specific plan in place to take the company public, by attending the webinar you will be able to understand the plan, have your questions ready, Sal Scuderi will answer them.

Guest? "Same supporters" "Google" "earth shattering"? I think you should go re-read those comments again and read them as if they are sarcasm written by a frustrated investor. You might feel better.

Will it be going crazy in a positive way or negative way that is the question?

Folks, I would also be interested in hearing what they said in the webinar. Any details here? What are the exciting things they were talking about? Anything about the potential IPO and how the current raise is going?
Paul - what's your take on that?
Thanks

Why are you not attending the webinar?? The presentation is excellent (lasts about 50 minutes) then they will answer all questions you wish to ask. The next webinar is Saturday September 20th at 1:00 PM, whether you are an investor or not, I suggest you sign up, you won't be disappointed.

In the webinar they will tell you everything you could ever want to hear about how awesome they are and how earth shattering their technology is, etc. You can ask about the SEC investigations however they will not discuss it because those are all issues in the past and choose to focus on the future. As for audited financial statements who needs them! Then they will make you an offer you can't refuse... the oppotunity to invest in their strongly valued Company! You too can become a bag holder.

I agree. The SEC Investigation is a thing of the past and foolish (not all investors - just the foolish ones) need to put these things behind them, ignore them, or do whatever it takes to forget about that multipage document. No need to dwell on these things.
Personally, I hope the audited financials come with time, and I have no reason they will not. But for now, I remain incessantly worried about, and interested in, the ongoing brownouts in India.
