I can't wait to hear that the class can move forward and put the Scuderies where all theiving crooks deserve to be. They have told nothing but lies to swindle money from hard working people of Strong Island. Don't let your friends and family fall victim to the Scuderi scam. Their father must be so disappointed.

The hearing today is for a Motion to Dismiss (the whole case). Nothing will be decided/settled today. That's not how these type of hearings work.

I didn't read all 36 pages of this forum, so I apologize if this has been discussed:
Anyone else cringe/feel sick to there stomach/hold their head in shame, when they saw Wolf On Wall Street, particularly the scene where Leo sells penny stock for the first time? I imagine I wasn't the only one to get a sales pitch that almost matched that scene verbatim.
As an investor in this nonsense,I should be angry, but I find that I'm more embarrassed than anything else. The whole thing just never felt right, yet I let $$ cloud my judgement like a fool.

Clint Eastwood - Magnum Force "A man's GOT to know his limitations."
Apparently, a few investor's now know.

gman - Good quote. It's not the loss that's sickening; though it does hurt. If I was reasonably convinced that it was just a failed investment, technology that didn't materialize in the way the Scuderi’s had honestly thought it would, and that the company and funds were managed in good faith, it would be easier to swallow. While that may very well be the situation, I’m personally not convinced. In either case, the investment would still be a 100% loss, but I wouldn’t have visions of them laughing it up each and every time they produce another investor update with language that’s as ambiguous as it is meaningless.

I'm an idiot-Agreed you are Guest-I heard the hearing went quite well for the SG, 80% of all the plaintiffs motions were dismissed, that doesn't sound terrible to me.

The main purpose of today's motion was the Scuderies attempt to have this matter dismissed in its entirety. That did not happen! The Scuderi's had just as many motions summarily rejected as well. Nice try Paul. Ha
