Many original investors i've talked with indicate a consensus leaving little chance of an IPO coming within the next 2 to 3 years. The company refuses to deny or confirm a commitment toward an IPO which leads to additional skepticism. The SCE business hinges on the hope the technology works effectively and efficiently in Holyoke. If Holyoke fails in this first test it might be almost impossible for the company to recover with the debt they've incurred and bond interest payments mounting. It also translates to a lack of new business in the future. The company has made statements predicting substantial profits within the year. This is also met with apprehension from original investors. We should know allot more by July's end when Holyoke is supposed to be in full production. June 2018. Thank You...

The SCE to date has not given out any information concerning debt and bond interest paid out at very high yields. New tariffs being imposed will also cost scuderi substantially. The company has left investors in the dark. As of today no original investor has seen an actual engine and none are in place? Timetables given out by the SCE for the beginning phase of energy storage is fast approaching its end of July startup. As this original investor waits... And waits... And waits...TU...

Still no confirmation on installation of engines, or just a sight of one? Other original investors agree that the SCE timetable is greatly exaggerated as is an ipo for years to come. It would do well for the company to disclose financials on bond interest payments, possible increases in company costs when trade tariffs begin to effect SEC bottom line. TU...

Information on bond interest payments by the SCE 0? Expenditure totals by the SCE 0? IPO timetable announced by the SCE 0? Storage engines in place 0? Any storage engine seen by original investors 0? New projects begun by the SCE 0?

The many conversations I've had with dozens of my fellow original investors reveal a solid concenus is overwhelming that an SCE IPO is years off even if the company remains viable. Company costs together with tariffs and very high bond interest payments make a public offering questionable? All these questions remain unanswered today...

Power storage requires engines. None have been installed, tested, or even seen yet? The SCE should at the very least inform its partners. (original investors)
