Can't investors find out by calling the SEC if investigation is closed? Other thoughts?

Fournier v. Scuderi Group, Inc., C.A. No. 13-30111.
Surprised no one commented about this. With a little bit of research I found that the case is still active. The Scuderi's have filed motions to have the suits dismissed and are waiting to hear back from the court. I also learned that this is filed as a class action suit. The class may consist of investors that have purchased shares in 2011 and after. Apparently if you purchased shares prior to 2011 you are out of luck based on the statute of limitations.

Hey GG,
I've lurked here for awhile and appreciate your posts...
A couple years ago, I was at a meeting in Springfield. Lutz and Michael were there. Hundreds of people attended. At one point, Michael told us that we were soon going to have a big party and "an IPO bigger than google." I heard it with my own ears and wrote it down verbatim. I was there with several people I know. Some people may have even recorded it, but I'm not sure.
Anyway…The crowd, which was mainly made up of blue collar workers, cheered, stood, and clapped…we were on the verge of signing Daimler…all was good.
Man it was beautiful. People, old and young, rich and poor, opened their checkbooks (A coworker of mine included) in anticipation of unimagined wealth in the form of a Google-like IPO. It never happened.
I hear you reference Lutz now and then…that he's not in the office…that the Frankfurt Office is dark. But whatever happened to Michael? What does he have to say for himself? Did he knowingly perpetuate a lie? If so, where is he?
I only ask you because...Living in Germany, and being a (and I quote), "German Guy", I wonder if you might know him. He briefly posted on the original Proboards blog but quickly disappeared.
Anyway, I'd love to know why he said what he said regarding our pending Google-like IPO. And possibly, could he now be critical of a company whose propaganda machine he was once such a large part of?
If you have any idea who he is, I'd love for you to reach out to him and ask him why he did what he did, what his motives were then, and what his motives are now.

I understand this is about a fine that was paid years ago. why is it still a topic? the co is making deals today and no one is saying anything about it? seems this question site is nothing more that a tool to drum up business for lawyers. even more the people complaining have no investment other than hearing their own voice or work for lawyers. scuderi group is going to be a huge co that provides cheap energy for the public. wakeup naysayers...
