"They are well insulated and unless you are blood or somehow on the take (which I still believe you are somehow) your investment just didn't work out for you this time."
Nick and the other five names you use-I'm an investor for seven years who uses his real name who choses to support the SG, your a non investor who uses several alias names who choses to make slanderous statements in an attempt to under mind the SG and it's investor base. Then you continue to make more slanderous statements about (me) because I won't give in to your line of slanderous BS. Maybe if you used your real name and let everyone on this forum no your true motives that would give you some credibility, I've already stated my motive, I'm an investor who supports his investment, what are your motives? Until then your just another jerk who is sticking his nose where it doesn't belong.

My intentions are clear. Only the Scuderi's themselves are to blame. Having said that... Who are the Auditors of this class act? Say it Paul. You don't know do you? You are so savvy! Must be top secret!

Actually, I just realized I made a stupid statement to add to Mike's earlier stupid statement.
I invested in an engine technology which could potentially have many markets. Engines do a lot more than just run cars and trucks. Now, instead of going after one, they are going after two. Sounds like a good strategy to me!

Are you talking about the engine that does not exist even after pumping $75 million into it? The other 5 or so million went straight to the lifestyles of the Scuderi clan employed or not.
Watch how fast the class action grows. BTW Paul will lead you to believe its only one investor. Not true, only one lead plaintiff but many have signed on to the class. No rush to join ALL investors will be notified (by mail).

Nick-Phil-Michael-Guest 123-Guest 456-Guest 678-You seem insecure as evident by recent barrage of slanderous BS, can it be the SG is on the path of success and your in panic mode? Is this your last trying attempt to bury the SG for which you totally avoided my question, what are your Motives? Your response was "Only the Scuderi's are to blame" What kind of BS response was that to the question? Look forward to your next alias name!

If anyone can post using any name they want at any time than this blog is useless.
This is mike, the one you all know and I promise I will never post again here, so if you see my name, it's not me.
Anyone who wants to say anything knows my email.

How will all investors be notified by that law firm? How would they know who we are and our addresses? Is that part of the confidential information that Phil Robichaud and Michael Eisenbeis stole from the company? If I get contacted by those ambulance chasers, I will be sure to demand those answers. That's a privacy issue! And, even if the class action would "win", I would only be getting the $ that I invested and I would have to give 1/3 or more to those lawyers?! No f'n way!

It is believed that there are those who want the SG to go under so they can purchase the patents for pennies on the dollar and start a new company. Unfortunately, if that ever happen those pennies would go to the secured creditors first, leaving nothing for the investors. In my opinion the class action law suit is a waste of tax payers money, the single plaintiff appears to be playing both sides of the fence and dragging the investors around for the ride.

Great Question Guest. This is what I think will happen...those lousy ambulance chasers as you call them will subpoena all the records including those of the "club leaders". So, if you invested there must be record of you somewhere? Duh. I mean really? How would they know who has shares in the company WHEN (LOL) they go IPO? The same way the Attorney's who are trying to protect you investors from the Scuderi's Securities violations. What ever the ambulance chasers (again as You call them) recover will be far greater than the empty buzz word promises of Sal and the Gang. Whoever those two employees you refer to are I feel are the first of many scape goats the Scuderi's have thrown to the wolves.
I digress... Who are the Auditors? Anyone? Investors!? Really? Ha!
