Scuderi Group Scoreboard

It hasn’t been posted since July 2, 2013. The answer to each question back then was 0, let’s see how well we’ve done over the last 20 months. Here goes:

Total # of Scuderi Licenses: 0
Total revenue generated by the Scuderis from outside OEM’s: 0; they did get $150K from Hino but the court on Friday told SG Hino can get their money back.  Hino froze one SG bank account.  
Total disbursements to investors: 0
S-1’s filed to date: 0
# of consortiums organized to date and actually working: 0
# of company names SG can publish that have signed anything: 0
Amount of money SG has gone thru without producing anything: +$85M

It just feels strange that things have not changed at all on paper yet Sal and his brothers continue to tell us things will be changing in 30-45 days. I really believed them these last 7 years, bought into this investment hook, line and sinker.

Not sure when the SG lights go out – maybe in 30-45 days.

The Scuderi's put this scam together with the full intent of fraudulently lining their pockets. They used their knowledge of the financial markets, patent law, the legal system, and some very creative fiction to make their father out to be something he clearly was not, which added the much needed emotion (gotta pull at the heart strings) to the scam that was needed to make it complete for non accredited “investors” to line up and write checks in support of this last great GoGreen American Dream!
I am writing this as my opinion on the matter and under the full protection of the 1st amendment.

I just read the article "Scuderi engine: Federal court allows Toyota to seize bank account. I wrote this off years ago but am very glad to see the Scuderi's are getting what has been coming to them. This litigation would normally destroy a person mentally and physically but when you are trained in the art of the three dimensional chess match as this family (officers of the court that is) is I am sure they will be sleeping just fine at night and at peace in church on Sundays.

It looks like this thread has been dormant for a while and if it is still active. I'm wondering now in 2015 (April Fool's Day) what the take on Scuderi Group's direction is now. I've been an investor for several years and was optimistic for most of those, but now it seems like the company is drifting toward whatever opportunity (Power Generation) happens to some along. I don't think the Scuderis are dishonest but wonder if they seriously misread the market direction for engines (I never thought the passenger car market was a good one; should have gone after large commercial truck applications). Now, the recent investor updates predict entering the public market in a couple months. After the news about HINO and what seems to be a statement that they are low on funds the picture does not seem encouraging. Any thoughts or opinions? Is there a consensus in this group about their prospects?

Hello all,

I am the guy that started this forum.

For the longest time I was a pulling for the Scuderi's, I felt it would be good for all of us for them to succeed.

I had not been on this forum for quite some time and it was brought to my attention by Sal that it was getting out of control. He said what people were saying was not good for his business.

I apologized and said I would take care of it, and I did.

I thought this was very good business to politely give me a heads up so I could take care of it.

Then I receive a threatening cease and desist letter from them which was completely unnecessary.

I think this was cowardly and I feel that this was not a very good way to handle business.

I would like everyone to know I am no longer a Scuderi supporter and I feel they owe me an apology.

I also feel that bullying people into not stating their opinions gives us a glimpse of their overall intentions from the beginning.

My name is Lonny Doyle and you can say anything you want about me or the Doyle Rotary Engine, I will not threaten you, I will try to see if your statement has merit and if so use it to make things better.

I'm sorry to hear about that, Lonny. I think that you are an honorable man, and I think you did a great thing starting this forum. With the lawsuit from Hino, the world can see just what kind of 'businessmen' the Scuderis really are. I think your business will be around long after theirs is gone.
