Does anyone know if Scuderi Clean Energy is part of the same entity that we own, or is it separate?

It seems that it is the same entity, but just checking. Why can't Scuderi name the parties with whom it has executed PPAs? Are they manufacturing equipment in order to fulfill these PPAs? If so who is the entity that is manufacturing equipment? Where is the funding coming from to pay for the early installments on equipment builds? Are any of these questions answered anywhere?

It seems that is the case. Any clue on my other questions?

Neil563, you're being way too obliging to vroom and others on this site. Vroom, are you an investor? If so, do your own homework, get on webinar's ...ask questions etc.

gman - do you know the answers to these questions? If so, why would you want me not to know them? This is not a publicly traded security.

Seriously vroom, time to put your big boy pants on and call the office. Or perhaps set up an appointment to see and talk with SG in person. Get updated and address your concerns with them in person.

well, you see G, I don't like the answers I receive directly from the Company and I want to see if I can get them another way. Does that seem reasonable to you? Why don't you worry about your pretty little self and I will get my information any way that I feel like it.

Hey gman, what makes you think the SG would tell the shareholder what's really going on now when they haven't been able to keep their shareholder base current for the past 9 years or more? We all received the email just before Christmas a few years ago telling us they had finalized the agreement with BMW only to find out in January they didn't really have a signed agreement. As a matter of fact every time we have heard they were close to signing a deal, Daimler, Wartsila, 2G, BMW to name a few they never get to the signing stage......why? ? My opinion of the SG and its management team has not changed since it became very apparent they cannot get a deal done. Every time someone is said to be close to signing a deal they disappear and Ruth and Sal give some lame excuse. Remember the one about Rader making the contracts so complicated no one could understand them but if we got rid of him Lutz could go in and sign Daimler quickly? Don't remember that one, then how about Bill Constantine sending the urgent email this February telling his club members to open a brokerage account quickly so they would be able to receive SG stock certificates electronically when the SG went public on the NASDAQ this past spring. Oh, and if you didn't have a broker he had one conveniently mentioned in the email. When I emailed Ruth about that one I was told Bill's email had nothing to do with the SG because he was not a member of the SG! Huh, he is listed as the Director of Business Development at The Scuderi Group, Inc. So you see gman leave vroom alone because all he is asking is to be treated like the investor he is. Where are our quarterly shareholder updates that a respectable company is obligated to send out to their shareholders? Oh, I forgot, Ruth said they don't have to do that until they are public. So there you go gman, another excuse not to communicate in a professional manner with the shareholders. And please don't come back to me and tell me the webinars are our updates because all they are is a vehicle for Sal to try to get more revenue so they can keep the payroll going. Do you need more examples of the SG not living up to expectations because I have a file full of them.

The change to a c Corp so they don't provide K1s is especially awesome.

I had not heard that they were offering that. That said, where would the money come from to do that?

Ruth approached me 28 months ago with an offer which I accepted...........I'm still waiting for her to contact me to make arrangements.
There is no money for any buyouts. They need money to keep payroll going and pay for their travel.

Their was a mention of a public offering around a thirty day period, but how this would be determined is vague and unlikely. Still, an eventual ipo will get here and the first half of 2016 should do it. If anyone has more info on this please share with scuderi faithful. Thank You...
