There are several funding avenues being pursued by 41 North, the Scuderi Clean Energy LLC and other entities, I've heard things are going very well. Scuderi clean energy LLC? Am I invested in that? |

Neil - you too are "tough" just in a different way. If you are indeed smart (which I don't have an opinion on), you would find the fact that the Company never responds to inquiry troubling. The fact that they say they are going public but have no financials is not just a red flag, it is not possible. Waiting for Bloom energy? Take a look at the Board and ownership of Bloom. Do you really think that Bloom management tells KP that they can't find their financials?
Neil, just stop. You say enough so thai I can tell that you know enough not just to be a blind follower. You know something is wrong and you perpetuate otherwise. Just stop it.
Being tough behind a keyboard is more than just physical. Even then you should know that there is always someone tougher than you are, so it doesn't matter anyway.

Sal. I believe that the clean energy biz is a wholly owned subsidiary of scuderi group. That is until they sell a stake in it to fund its growth. |

Fairly interesting take. Some kind of deal you put forward could boost the company into financial independence. On the other hand wouldn't a deal take away, or dilute our investment? Again, on the flip side it might increase the overall strength of the company and make it possible to venture more into other things such as a strong return into the auto industry. Its allot to think about for sure, but their might be something to what you suggest. Food for thought. Good job...

The SG states .. they are in the final stages of signing a Power Purchase Agreement with Holyoke Water Department. .. . Note,( Bloom Enegy has been fined by the SEC three times.. I think everyone will agree the SG is at a crucial point.. Funding no Funding??? 41 north is a very reputable company, they have gotten the funding for many companies that are now very successful and still growing. Very nervous, but optimistic...

We have been blogging for over 2 years and nothing you have said has ever been correct. So, take a chill pill because you have no substantive value other than to listen to yourself.
