As I have from the beginning, I think it is important that you do not read anything positive into this. 99% chance that the owners of scuderi and the clubs go to jail. A move on the stock means zip.

These people are going to jail, they are crooks!! The people that think that these idiots are going to turn this company around are saps. They have no clue what they are doing other than they have an uncanny ability to hype and promise thinks will occur that never do!!! They are probably preparing some legal maneuvers to try to escape the jail time that they surely deserve. Why do you think there is no communication from them??? Those who think there is going to be some some fantastic announcement from them I certainly would like to have some of whatever you have been smoking? Does anybody know how to get involved in the lawsuit against them??

craggy. my issue is that they list lots of projects but you cannot find evidence anywhere else. Holyoke is a Municipal utility and there is no evidence that they ran an RFP process that SG won. I am not saying that they did not, I would just like to see evidence that it really exists.

HG&E has put out a request for demonstrations (Search their website)
If their involvement with SCE fits within their R&D budget, I doubt they would need to put out a RFP.
Also, I bet they could have worded the agreement with SCE that said...on condition of your crap working, if the city counsel approves, and no one else shows up with something better, we promise to buy your electricity/heat for this amount. It is an easy win with little risk to HG&E.
I praise HG&E for trying different things. I suspect the Holyoke Net Zero datacenter's growth depends on very stable energy. While the hydro is one part of that, if they want to attract more institutions like the Net Zero project they probably need to expand. HG&E has shown they are willing to change with their solar installations and other efforts.
There is nothing that says HG&E doesn't have 5 other projects with competing tech going on at the same time.
Since HG&E also sells gas, it is hard to imagine a better technical fit for them..at least on paper. Well, Bloom probably fits pretty well too.
I'm not ignoring the past with Scuderi...but I hope this plays out and the tech gets a chance to show what it can do.
If anyone knows some facts that are contrary to my thoughts...please...please straighten me out.

That is not a press release, it is just the company advertising. You can't find a real report on them that is based on facts that are other than scandalous.

Mhamil, I wouldn't dispute the possibility that they signed such a contract, but it would then be unfinanceable unless it was binding on them. No one would fund it. I would like to see a third party validation.
