One fairly decent proposal you make is setting up one power company. Lots of companies take a loss in the beginning. I just don't know about sustaining losing money in power supply and generation. It could destroy them completely out of the box. Why not bring your idea to Sal at the ebc forum on 4-12 and ask questions then. It is open to us if you register.

Guys. Sal doesn't have the money anymore. There is no way they can afford to "set up the company".
The company was on fumes years ago- with no explanation where the money went.

So how then could you know that for certain? You just said your going to get a full accounting of where the proceeds went. In writing. How will you? When will you? The company is making a presentation in less than two weeks. Why don't you go. You make announcements and threats toward the company so why not attend the ebc forum and get the chance to find out where exactly the company stands financially. Here's your big chance to talk to Sal face to face. I hope to be there also, and would like to see you confront him on this. Thank You...

Well, several years ago a fellow investor got some financial info on the company as they were trying to raise capital. At the time, the costs in the company meant they were running on fumes.
They have not said anything about incremental capital, so my conclusion is that there is no cash left in the business.
As far as getting an accounting, that's what lawyers are for. I am very ok with taking risk and losing money but if there is fraud, someone is going to pay. Let's be real- this company has no evidence that it spent 80 million or more. All we k ow for sure is that they illegally and immorally spent money on things they should not have.
I will spend money to get answers, I don't have time to go to conferences, but you should have at it and report back. At the moment I prefer the anonymity of the inter web.

I also am confused by why you think they would give me the financial info I want at a conference when they refuse to do that to their investors for a decade. I don't really want to hear about power storage, etc. I want to know the full accounting of every dollar the company raised and what they spent every penny on. If they are going public, they have that all at their finger tips.

Lastly, I haven't threatened anyone. I am merely telling fellow investors what I am expecting no matter how this turns out- positive or negative. If someone stole money from people I care about, that was just a bad decision.

That was a mouthful. Conjecture is a beautiful thing. It has no basis or foundation. You say you will spend money to find truth. Why not spend a little of your time instead and attend the ebc. You lost me. Good luck with your plans...

Dan. I have seen numbers that don't jive. That's not conjecture. I don't have time. I have money. It's pretty straight forward. I am not looking for them to say anything because what they say has never once come true. I want it in writing. If they file, then I will use my time and money. Does that work for you?
