Neil, If I take you at your word - that you have no private access to the Company, then perhaps I am going about this the wrong way. You may need help, so I will provide it. These guys have done some really really bad things. The magnitude of the SEC sanbctions is more reflective of the stupidity of the SEC, not the nature of their wrongdoing. The fact that the Company provides guidance of any kind on projects means nothing given that they have done this again and again and again. I want to know the state of the company's financials and they will not provide them. That is my simple beef and they refuse to address them.

Do you really believe that any private company would ever open their books to you, me or anyone else? After a 2 1/2 year S.E.C. inquire don't you think that all company and personal expenditures including financials were requested, received and reviewed? You need to take a chill pill and hope that Scuderi Clean Energy will be successful in the power generation business so that you can make a return on your investment if you are actually an investor. Neil, I do not think the SEC has the budget or capacity to actually do what you think they did to arrive at a conclusion. I don't take a lot of comfort that $100k in fines took care of the issues that they faced. I am an investor in many private Companies, sir. Suffice to say that the communication style in MA is not the same as the rest of the world.

WB2, I am sorry, but that does not work for me. This management team needs to know that the storm that comes if they do anymore wrongdoing will be unpleasant- to put it mildly. That alone will keep them in check and focused on the benefit for all shareholders, not just themselves.

vroom , well said unfortunately everyone seems to focus on the 100k. I would like to know the legal costs for the SEC ISSUE , The Hino issue and of course the fact that the account was seized and now the class action ,when everyone sees the money that was wasted its really going to get to get very interesting and WB2 i agree it should be toned down , but i will not allow someone to try to sway opinions with false statements HUNTER

Neil. You have no idea of the cost of the class action suit, Hino or the SEC investigation. You literally cannot have a clue as to what those actions cost us shareholders. I think statements like yours make all of us scratch our heads about where you are coming from.

neil I will be leaving the forum today , I was only here on behalf of 3 clients who have been on board for about 11 years. I am a RIA ,and have 2 investment companies for the last 42 years ,never been sanctioned ,never lied to client ,never had my bank accounts seized ,never reneged on a deal, and I have testified before the IRS , DOL, FINRA, and have consulted on distress situations with the SEC , legal fees up there try 750000 plus ,HINO having no effect ,sorry when a court order seizes your accounts because you have no money, LOL no affect you chase away all rational potential investors . in regards to the class action one man lawsuit ,misinformed again ,my 3 clients are in as well as a few more, sad that against my advice they gave a good portion of their savings and got on board, these folks have crushed peoples dreams and taken hard earned savings because they are going to be BIGGER THEN GOOGLE , yes ive done my homework and I truly hope it works for the sake of everyone, CIAO HUNTER

Well, I believe Hunter did a great job summarizing the events. No BS, no excuses, no mention of 30-45 days......great job.
I believe the SG is closer to turning the lights off in 30-45 than having an actual deal that brings in revenue. Just my opinion.

Ahhhh yes. I remember the graphs too. A 25,000 investment was to bring in tens of millions. Hell, I never even promised that. It's going to end soon, and abruptly. Just locks on the doors. Then, and only then, will the reality of the situation hit the rest of the investors.

They don't even acknowledge emails. From my perspective the company is done already.

Listen....I'm just as disappointed as the next guy but the way I see it we have no choice to wait it out.
Was that what I was waiting for??.....NO. I think there will be some news soon. I don't think they can hang on this long without letting us onto some positive info.
I also think they can't survive much longer without something big because how are they sustaining life??....yes our money is gone (which sucks) but again, I'm hopeful something good is about to happen. It's going on 9 years for me...
thankfully I didn't quit my day job.

Why have none of their clients said a peep about this great technology that they are buying?
