Sally, have you gotten your money back? I have been told several times that they buy back my shares. Nothing happened. I would even sell my shares with a 70% discount. I just want to get out.

AngieNo, though I was told over a year ago that if I wanted to sell my shares back to the SG they would buy me out. I took it that they were going to buy me out then......with the Scuderi's it's semantics, they've been playing that hand for over 7 years now.

Sally,
I share your experiences. And for me, playing that hand is synonimus to playing dirty.
Given this track record, not writing off the investment is not only optimistic but naive.

Dear Bill:
Just received a bizarre email from you. Have you been hacked again? The email talked about a Scuderi presentation in June? Do people really still waste their time on those? Ha! If so, The Scuderi's are obviously just trying to scam more money out of "investors" pockets! Trust me there is no way this crap will ever make anyone a profit other than the "Scamming Scuderi's"! How do I know this? Because if their crap technology were anywhere close to success I "As the Asshole of the First Order" would have been bought out by now. No way they would let me profit from their "hard work"! Ha!
BTW: Have they found an Independent (lol) Auditor willing to sign off on this shit yet? I still have not been given a set of Audited Financial Statements yet! Only been asking for them for at least 4 years!
Cheers to your Health,

Nofear,
that is useful information. German investors were told that nobody in the US is unhappy about the investment. "Nobody asked to see audited financials." Then, SG decided to first threaten critical investors and then they stopped communicating at all. The German rep "decided to become ill again" (I apologize for my sarcasm) and the office has been abandoned for weeks. I don't know if you have been told that last year he also resigned and then came back to work as if nothing happened.
Who are you referring to? Their PR guy? Is he (also) ill? I hope the Scuderis pay themselves another bonus for doing extra work with all the ill employees around them. Scuderi family, when will you pay back the $3.2m of inappropriate payments?

The Scuderi's have been working countless hours and doing everything possible to bring this company to success and at half the salary.
Sal said at the last meeting they have several signed power purchasing agreements which are now in the process of being financed, in turn this will bring substantial revenue into the company. If the investors want success with their investment this is the only way it's going to happen. Investors beware there are some people on this site who will benefit from the demise of the SG and who could care less about the investors. Don't play into their cat and mouse game, if the SG brings revenue into the company you will have a successful investment, if they don't than go back to your bitching and complaining.

Me and my husband invested through last chance club. Nofear refers to Bill, our club manager.
He also is Director of Business Development at Scuderi. Might find him on linkedin.
Why is nobody taking action? Is this a scam? I am scared! More LI investors around?

Jennifer, "Why is nobody taking action?" There was a big law suit...did you miss it? "Is this a scam?" www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2013/33-9407.pdf Judge for yourself. You've heard Sal's response to this. There is no wrong answer here. If your question is: "Did this start out as a scam?" I think/hope most people would say no. "I am scared!" OK...that is what got me. Just now, you are scared? Right now, July 4th, 2014? Over a year after you were made aware of the SEC violations you are now scared? Where were you a year ago? You should be on a higher stage of grief by now. If your pain is genuine, you are not alone....but most everyone is way ahead of you. Paul, More than once you have mentioned that people here would benefit from Scuderi's downfall. You can't short Scuderi stock. Is there an exotic options site where the over under on SG is playable? Can I hedge my bet at this late date? Where do the patents go when the Scuderi's go under? How much time is left on them? What else is there among the rubble? What am I missing? What I'm trying to say is, most of the time you make plain and simple statements that can be understood. You acknowledge a lot of people feel cheated but this new line of logic that there is evil lurking in the closet is beyond me. Can you explain what their motivations are if not coming from losing their own money? Honestly, I want to know.

Jennifer,
You can be called a very lucky person.
In the case it turns out to be a scam, you can not only sue the Scuderis but also your fund manager since he in that case has not acted according to his fiduciary obligations.
Thank god that Paul made his homework and the chances of failure can be considered as a statistical outlier.

There are people out attempting to put the SG out of business for their own selfish financial gains. They want the opportunity to buy the patents for pennies on the dollar and start another company with new investors, some of them are posting on this site. Once the SG starts making announcements of their first incoming revenues they will have no choice but to disappear and your fears will be relieved. The SG believes there will revenue incoming within the next few months, we as investors have waited a long time for things to materialize so whats another few months in the realm of things.

If the FBI gets involved now as well, they could eventually set up a compensation fund so that private money of the Scuderi family and their future income could be confiscated (see "Wolf of Wall Street"). Anyone knows if this is already in the making or do investors need to initiate this process first?

Paul, Thanks for responding. I hope you are right. And if you are...and it is who I think it is...those OEM's are squirrelly SOB's. There has to be easier ways to get the job done without bottom feeding. While they are playing the waiting game Tesla is ramping up production. Ten years out where will they be?
Yes, a few months, 6 months...that's fine. Five years ago I would have gotten excited. These days, I'm looking for results and/or press releases from other companies (preferably public ones).
Even if the patents fall out of the Scuderi's hands, I would like to see their efforts get put to good use.
Jack, I hope that doesn't come to pass. That would be awful for everyone.

Jack,
You've been watching to much television, try to get out a little more, your not thinking clearly. The S.E.C. did a complete 2 1/2 year investigation in which the SG cooperated 100% and after the S.E.C. turned up every rock possible only Sal Scuderi not the Scuderi Group received a minimal fine for $100,000. Sal took the hit personally so the SG and their investors could move forward, your coming across like a crack pot in your last posting.
