Frank,
The best way to inform yourself is to see Scuderi Group in the courtroom September 23, 2014 objecting against the class action suite.

Thanks, at which court will the hearing take place. Is it open to the public? Do you have a case number or any further details?

I was at a webinar and questions about the SEC and audited statements were brought up in the Q&A and were answered.

The SG is moving forward and doing well, unfortunately there some disgruntle investors who can't equate progress or success until money is in their hands. I'm not a bad spirited person but I hope investors like Mike are eventually bought out at their original purchase price, so they can sulk the rest of their lives what could have been. Unfortunately once the SG announcement the filing of the S-1 they will jump on the band wagon and pretend their hurtful comments never happened.

You might see it that way but when an investment is proven to be a scamming Scuderi fraud the money feels better when in my account rather than in ALL of theirs. I recently saw a post that one of their younger kids was trying to scam like $5k on a crowd funding site to start some stupid app project. Funny thing is I hope the mini Scamming Scuderi gets it! Fools.

Just a question. How is the mood among US investors in the Scuderi's hometown? Don't they feel cheated? Can the family still go to the local grocery store or are they getting a hard time already? What was the reaction of locals when they found out that the Scuderis pocketed millions of their money? That is not meant to be sarcastic, I really would like to get a feeling for the situation locally.

A very small majority of investors feel cheated, most are happy with latest progress of the company. The Scuderi's have no reason to hang their heads anywhere, they are working around the clock to make this company successful and most of the people in our town support them 100 percent.
