Carguy, that may get pulled or altered. Also, we are lazy. Here is the snippet we are interested in: "In December 2015, the Department contracted with Scuderi Clean Energy, LLC under a twenty (20) year PPA for output from a natural gas generating facility. Expected Commercial Operation is unknown at this time. The Department mitigated market and development risk by ensuring interconnection costs are born by other party and that rates under PPA are discounted to full wholesale energy and resulting load reduction cost savings (where and if applicable)." Unless I missed something? Nope. You got it. I was referring to the second sentence.

Mhamil, what’d you mean by pulled/altered? Who’s altering what?

Mhamil, what’d you mean by pulled/altered? Who’s altering what? It is the internet. Lots of things go away when you aren't looking. So, the annual report might get bumped when the next annual report gets published. Someone might delete a web folder by accident. You never know. But, I'm not a fan of trying to follow a link that is 3 years old only to find a 401 error. By altered, I mean, someone might find a problem with the entire section and decide the easiest course would be to just delete the section....even if the problem doesn't have to do with the Scuderi's. Or, the Scuderi's might get off their ass and get moving and then go around trying to clean up their mess (unlikely). These days, when you see something you might want to refer back to, make a copy first and then think about linking it. That is sound advice. Anyway, I stick by the "We're lazy" argument.

So, it's now July 2020. I just sent Scuderi/ESG a message asking for an update. Although I'm a believer, I hate to say how down I am about what's going on. Maybe I'm just having a bad day or I'm depressed from reading all the negative comments (again) and what seems to be a real lack of any progress over the many years since we all invested our hard-earned money.........

Attempting to bail the Atlantic Ocean with a shot glass is akin to carbon capture. A process which is subsidized by big oil and other anti environment fossil fuel cash.. Gigantic pacifieing machines for the public. Checkout the science, application, cost, and actual effect? Wind, solar, and conservation work best and have always been the logical correct remedie to eliminate global warming.

Reference the 2022 Oct 2nd Sunday NY Times opinion section on page 4 if you're able. Online or print. ESG (Environmental Social Governance) is analyzed. Even carbon capture is mentioned. Read it with an open mind.. Its sobering. Also check online. Ask the question on your PC "what is ESG" and study its own numerous answers to that very question. If you are an investor you'll be interested. Especially if your money went into the long long gone split cycle engine dream. TU...

Who's first and right on top advertising carbon capture machines online and it's rewards??? Exxon... Carbon Capture has been around for decades without any real tangible progress or implementation, except now its a trillion dollar distraction grift for fossil fuel companies and the lobbyists who succup billions of dollars from the tax trouf. Yours! Scuderi, ESG, Holyoke, are fatter than ever before. Of course u & I are the suckers feeding the beast with the bizarre absurd notion of a windfall return. Twenty years! Its been twenty years of absolutely nothing. Nothing!!! In fact we're actually going backwards with these lemons. CC gadgets emit more carbon than they retain. The energy it takes to powerup one has been reported. The old shell game is alive and doing better than ever with Scuderi & ESG shuffling the old nut around with a giant fan that blows hot air & BS.. Do the research. Run some numbers on fossil fuel profits with sky high oil prices and your outrageous energy bills that finance fossil fuel companies new cash cow. CC... Its incredible... A trillion dollar grift we blindly pay into... Stop defending these deadbeat crooks.....
