I thought a new thread would be more appropriate for those investors who want to discuss the latest news regarding Scuderi Clean Energy LLC.

"I would like to know more about the scuderi clean energy system or idea.
I have read as much info as I can find about it.
From what I understand they are going to purchase a GE 4.4 megawatt generator and produce electricity to sell.
They are going to be able to undercut their competitors with more localized energy production.
I can see where this could be a good business but is there more to this that I am not realizing?"
It is my understanding that the SCE system has several revenue streams. The engine runs on natural gas, full throttle , around the clock making electricity. There is a control system that allows this system to sell electricity to the grid during low peak times and back to the end user during high peak times. This system can also make distilled water which can be sold at a very nice profit. Finally this system is an alternate energy which qualifies them for State and Federal subsidies also adding to the bottom line.

There is a large amount of water used to keep the engines from over heating, that water is converted into distilled water and sold at a very nice profit and another revenue stream for SCE power system.

The latest press release by Entrex seems to have gone over well with the people I have spoken with. Most of them have said it was the best press release since the inception of the Scuderi Group.

Any word on next update from SCE?
Not looking for our money, not looking to update us. That's the way I look at it.
Very disappointing to say the least.

I thought a new thread would be more appropriate for those investors who want to discuss the latest news regarding Scuderi Clean Energy LLC. I am a long time investor and I stumbled upon these forums. I am somewhat surprised that they existed all this time without my knowledge and I see there are some different levels of credible information here when I blend the posts with my own information. Full disclosure...I am a true believer in the technology and know it is a true advancement that should be implemented today. With that said, I do not believe that the SG are crooked but I do believe that they have been swimming outside of their depth in the business aspects of this venture. They are all smart people but they also seem to listen and believe too much to fast from to few...which is where I come to the conclusion of being outside their depth. I am also somewhat surprised that the entrex information was not released to the investors which leads me to believe that SG is unsure of how successful the offering will be on that platform. There have been a multitude of venues and methods of raising the capital for these ventures and it appears at least that this one is actually in place and running but does anyone know how well it is doing? On the link in another forum I can see the offerings but not how much is left. I am also assuming that Holyoke is not fully funded because we have heard zero about it and also I have spoken to some people over there as late as April this year who state that there is no construction going on. Please feed me some information and thanks to whomever started these forums.

The bond sales are starting to pick up momentum, I've heard there will be webinars and announcements in June.

So....thanks to all of you here I spent yesterday trying to find out what I could. It appears that there are 0 certificates available for the Holyoke project $6,000,000. It also shows that some of those blocks were purchased by Michael Saylor. If it is the actual Michael Saylor with a net worth of $500,000,000 that could be a big deal. Agree? Disagree? I am not looking for an argument I am looking for answers.
