I'm optimistic that the SCE will be breaking ground on their first project by the end of May. I wonder which project and May of what year you were referencing. I'll have to take a ride by the site referenced in the Entrex offering to see how the Holyoke groundbreaking is going. We all can agree at this point that Scuderi time is different than actual time. Its not exactly the navy master clock that is used  |
