The other blog should be for discussions which have to do with the misuse of funds as stated in it's topic, this blog should be used for discussions on the company Scuderi Clean Energy and their progress.

Dan-Once Holyoke #1 is up and running and their business model proven, they won't have to look for new investment, bond and equity investors will look for them.

You may very well be right Neil, but a need for new money must continue. If the SCE can grow with just bond investment then that's great. So be it. We shall see. Also, lets listen in to the webinars and see what and how the SCE raises new funds to expand. It won't come cheap. It surely won't come with revenue earned from Holyoke alone. I'd like to see them lower return on bond investment. If energy storage is or becomes the be all end all then the public will fight over a piece of the action. I just don't think the process is all complicating. You get what you pay for. Supply and demand. The American public and hopefully the world will demand SCE technology. TU...

Once the company goes public via an IPO, if they prove their business model with Holyoke #1 then the IPO should be the first half of 2018.

First webinar Thursday 6/22, for those investors who attend, maybe you can let us know how it went, however please keep details off the blogs, that should remain confidential, non investors should not be privy to this information.

Not for nothing but we are 15 minutes in and it feels exactly like every webinar seen over the last four years. Already disappointed that Sal would come out and start it this way.

Whole thing not a mention of timeframe at all. Isn't there already a CEO listed on web? It's still a wait and see....sounds great and still believe it will be good just a matter of when. Day of ipo filing I will be satisfied.

Like I said a few pages back -
Just get the project successfully up and running in Holyoke and cut me a check for at least $10 by the end of the year Sal. I'll take that as success after 12 years invested. Look at receiving dividends and perhaps discuss an IPO in five years, if projects go according to plan.

Will be even more surprised and optimistic if it happens. I was reflecting on it from last night and the secondary applications are a twist i never saw. The water yes but the rest of it no...also did not know of the demand for the water.

Pretty decent info everyone. Good work. Was any mention of additional fund raising, or share distribution discussed? Scuderi will beat bloom energy. Thank You...

The accredited investor can buy a bond and receive a couple of warrants. Pretty good fund raising attraction. A person gets a healthy return on the bond, or bonds. The warrants converted on a public offering could really up the ante for that investor. Bottom line here is the SCE is still looking for additional funds to supplement future projects. TU..
