SCE believes this site will be producing electric in April, as long as there are no cash issues, I believe this is a fair and safe assessment.

A great amount of due diligence was necessary by SCE to get companies on board with their power system methodology. Tesla shares closed Friday at 335 per share and they lost $694 million dollars for the year, Bitcoin is over $10,000, anything is possible. Once Holyoke #1 and a few other projects are up and running, real data documented, including revenue and profits and future sales projections which might be in the 500 million plus dollar range (they already have 150 million in signed PPA deals) it does not seem crazy that SCE will get a nice valuation and a decent opening stock price.

Yep, I do believe Sal will take care of the D series holders, it's the right thing to do and Sal has said on several occasions he would, there is no reason to believe the D series investors will not be compensated. It's a little to early to start talking about IPO's and share prices, there are several milestones which must still be achieved. However, once Holyoke #1 is up and running and SCE has a funding facility in place for additional projects, it wouldn't hurt to start that conversation then.

Every market that makes money Is competitive. The SCE is already inside and has a foothold if Holyoke works. If it does they can sell it. The market is not as tight as one would have us believe. Its wide open. I still think the SCE has years of room to sell its works. Whether it benefits us after all this time remains the question? Bond sales not included. Their isn't a technology that quite matches ours. Back to basics. Clean energy and storage. That's what on sale and that's what matters. TU...

It appears SCE is receiving price quotes from several generator manufactures on bulk purchases.
