World Cup Party? What World Cup Party?
The World Cup ended on 13 July, while this party was on 16 July. This was a party for the wanna-be local high society.
All it's about is to show off how much cash you have and how much you can throw away on Magnum champagne bottles and bling bling for some trophy girls. The fact that Lutz Deyerling as the Head of Scuderi's European operations shows up there (while officially too sick to work and in a "critical medical condition" as per his own quote) should raise a few dozen red flags for any investor.
By the way, I heard there are also serious tax issues in the German office ...

As someone new to this forum (and not an investor hence neutral), what would concern me as an investor is that the people here who believe the Scuderi Group will be successful never bring up any convincing arguments, just polemics and hopeful statements.
They also never really answer to the negative facts brought up which mostly seem to be very detailed and precise (just an observation). I will certainly not invest in this but wish everyone good luck (I guess you will need it).

@truthy - He lied to investors claiming he is seriously ill and hospitalized. If you don't have a problem with that sort of behavior you must certainly be one of the Scuderis. I did not know that, thanks for clarifying. Have you thought about asking him for an explanation? It strikes me that most or all the legitimate problems are originating from the West Springfield office. That office obviously needs to be cleaned up for the sake of everyone involved. No, if I were a Scuderi I'd change my last name.

Walked by the office. Party animal Lutz Deyerling did not show up for work. Maybe he is preparing his vacation.... summer break starts... Monaco? Caribbean? Mauritius?
@truthy: I received an email from a fellow investor. There several questions were raised: Financials. Information on the credit note. Compliance with German tax law. Misguiding information in the PPM and many more. No answers from the Scuderis. Besides that, Lutz was asked to comment on the picture and again nothing happened.
In the letter it was also mentioned that SEC has been contacted without giving further details.
agree with your analysis. Well said.

Thomas maybe you can give us your real name, the S.E.C. would be very interested in your motives for trying to bring down the Scuderi Group and it's investors.

Vinny, Thomas is not the one who is going to bring down the Scuderi Group - that honor has and will continue to be with Sal, Stephen and Nick.
Their short-sightedness throughout this 10+ year, $85M+ process is unbelievable. They are the ones, the only ones, who are responsible for this entire mess. As Sal once said, and I am going to paraphrase, he and his brothers were smart enough to get it done. Well, so far they haven't been able to get it done and I don't see them getting it done from here. $85m+!! and they have nothing to show for it. Really???

Sally,
Take a look into MDI. That is much closer to the idea of what they are doing. But, with an ICE too. Peugeot doesn't look like they are claiming that their combustion engine compresses the air inside the engine...like the Scuderi engine does. Based on the articles, it looks like Peugeot is using a hydraulic engine to both compress the air and move the car.
It is too bad we couldn't sell them on just using one engine to handle the entire system instead of two.

I have another question. Scuderi put news on their blog that they filed a patent application on the air hybrid to work on split-cycle and now also on conventional engines. Sal told us so many times that you need a high compression ratio which is unobtainable in conventional engines to make an air-hybrid work.
I also did a google search and found many companies doing storage of energy using compressed air.

Is Vinnie a nickname for Weiner? I advise you to report all paranormal and voodoo activity to the SEC. Every investor in Germany asks for justice and we are unfortunately persistent. Vinnie as you report your suspicions to the SEC, please be so kind and ask them to give you the following information: Audited financials. SEC compliance. Payback of misappropriated payments. Information on credit note.
Sally, you should not be too worried about the SwRI engine. A linear engine is an electrical one. It is good to have some background in electrical engineering.
But unfortunately it won't save our investment.
