Bernie you hit the nail on the head. The article is brief yet right on point with the last 2 paragraphs summing up this investment's problem from the get go, "we view the management of Scuderi Group as completely incompetent based on the facts presented in this article".
It's what I've been saying and writing since March 2012. Several of us back then saw what was going on and stated our beliefs. In my opinion this investment is going no where while Sal and his family are in management positions, they couldn't get it done then and they won't get it done now.
Happy New Year.....if any of you can reach out to Ruth tell her I'm still waiting for the buyout she offered me 31 months ago.

Can't really understand all the hostility toward fellow investors who post positive and try to bring some different opinions here. As i mentioned before if anyone wants a refund go knock on Ruth's door with a lawyer. Simple as that. Why attack fellow investors just because they have a different take? Slam the company if you must, but stop insulting your partners. We're in the same boat as you are. Remember all of us are making a gamble to a certain extent. If your not prepared to lose as well as win then do not invest. Lets have a great 16...Thank you...

I was also promised a buyout from Ruth about 2 years ago, and I am still waiting?? The idea that people still think this company is going any where is mind boggling to me. I have invested in this company for some time and Scuderi has always hyped things that have never happened to draw investor money. When their current hype doesn't happen (latest example IPO by end of last year) they move on to the next hype. PEOPLE THIS COMPANY HAS NOT MADE A DIME FOR THEIR INVESTORS BUT HAVE CONVENIENTLY LINED THEIR OWN POCKETS AND FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL!!!!!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE!!! The article that is posted should be taken to heart!!!!

Invested over ten years ago with play money, not serious money. Always felt SG was a long shot. One thing I will say in Sal's defense is that he had stated more than once to me (and others) not to invest your serious money.
Buyout from Ruth, hey fedup? Indicates to me that you did not/do not understand investments such as SG and are in over your head. Want it both ways ...typical, and the type of investor that will get on a forum such as this to whine and complain.
Enough said. As a SG investor, I'm wishing SG success in the power generation field.

Hey gman, before you start shooting your mouth off why don't you get the story straight. I did not ask for a buyout, RUTH OFFERED IT TO ME. I was on the original blog site and became rather boisterous with my belief that the SG management team couldn't get the deal done. There were so many starts and stops, all brought to the shareholder's attention via Ruth, that I began to voice my opinion. So Ruth offered to buy me out in the hopes that I would stop posting blogs on Mike's original blog site. Apparently I wasn't too far off with my posts because Ruth even went so far as to threaten me with a lawsuit!!!!!! After the threat was put on the table she offered the buyout.
So I'll say it again, before you start a blog on this site you might want to seek out what the real story is. At the present time you assume stupid stuff and I know you don't want to look stupid.

It's mid January 2016, I predicted SG would be out of business by the end of February....lights out in 30-45 days. Game over. This investment isn't going anywhere.

Gman, when you can read the posts and get them right I will continue this conversation with you. Obviously you aren't capable of understanding the content so let's leave it at that.
Lights out in 30-45 days.

Gman. Your defense of this situation is what Sally finds objectionable. You can't claim to be a big boy that understands the risks while making some of the other arguments you have made at the same time - that is unless you have a different relationship with the company than the one you claim - just a regular investor. To defend the actions/ communications of management means that you are, by definition, not a big boy that understands investments like this generally or specifically. Not insulting you, just making an observation. If you are in the very narrow field of earthlings that is a sophisticated investor that finds the Company's behavior acceptable - well, you are a first for me. I have to say that I think Sally has the better argument here.
