Opinions about Scuderi Group's misuse of funds

Sally: I would love to say 3-45 days but I can't. I can say that I am staying positive and I think everyone will be very please with the outcome of this story.

I think the Scuderi family is exploring as many possibilities as they can and want to get this going for all of us. Remember, in my opinion the Scuderi family probably needs this more than us. They have put their careers on hold and their lives have evolved all around this technology...so I know that want it just as bad if not more.

Yes, I agree it's been a very, very, very long time and a roller coaster ride every year, every season. I've heard the same story you have...Oh...it's in the Fall. Oh, its after the holidays. It's after the summer. and on and on.

But, this will come to a head and I think in a positive way. I just know it.

Thank God I didn't stop focusing on my business in the meantime and kept moving forward with my life. Scuderi will just be a big bonus for my family and friends.

My biggest problem will be how this will impact my life, children and my business. This will all be good problems.

Wb2ymc the way this company has operated does not deserve or warrant optimism. Again what does it take for people like you to wake up. 5 years ago I invested in this Ponzi Scheme called Scuderi and had optimism for many years due to the lies I was repeatedly told. Like many people we have been burnt so many times by the lies that these people have put out it is criminal. The point that this family is all in and for that reason they will make it happen for their investors is total CRAP. You take 80+ million investor dollars and eat it up without telling anyone where it was being spent (Even though we know some of it was wrongly given to family members) is criminal and I sincerely hope these people go to jail. They have done nothing short of steal investor money by lying to investors and potential investors over and over again!!!!

Does anyone know the status of the September 2013 MOU with the Puerto Rico Police Association to build and install the first LPG-powered Scuderi power generator/energy storage system to help power four nursing homes and administrative offices in Puerto Rico? Is it up and running?

Hey neil563 I think you better read not only my posts but other posts in this forum. I'm angry? You're dam right I'm angry! So are many people who invested with Scuderi! If somebody swindled you you wouldn't be angry? Or would you just say OH GEE TOO BAD? Get real. You must be one of the Scuderi moles that they plant in these forums to make them seem like something they are not or else you are on heavy sedatives. When somebody repeated lies to me it certainly does bother me if it doesn't bother you than the sedatives must be working. Again I was promised a full refund of my investment by Ruth Scuderi in a email that I still have. I recently asked for the refund a number of times and received no answer. So what is your response to that? OH GEE TOO BAD? You and I will never see any of the money we invested so get used to it and stop saying that you are optimistic and everyone else should. Only a complete jackass would think this company is going to return a dime on their investment.

Neil563 I think you should invest more of your money in Scuderi if you are so sure everything is going to work out. Put your money where your mouth is. In case

you haven't noticed 90% of the posts in this forum think Scuderi is either a scam (Madoff) or a fraudulent investment were they have been constantly lied to. If

Scuderi is doing everything possible they why don't they respond to their investors? How would you know they are working countless hours? A hunch? Again you

are either a mole or someone has connections to these criminals. I think they should be spending all their waking hours in a jail cell where they belong. And

you my friend need to come back to reality and face the fact that we have all been scammed!!

yes, I agree the Scuderi family has been very secretive. Not much information around no matter who I speak to.


yea, a lot of Long islanders....we kinda got them on the map. Mostly HVAC people from what I know.


I think from what I have heard though is that the Scuderi family is very busy and has a lot of deals working with I hope good things to happen soon.


Like I said, I'm counting on it. I'm hoping for "life changing" $$$$. It would be great for me and all my friends and family that invested Oh so long ago.
