The Scuderi Group can oversize the energy output of there generators and sell the excess energy back to the grid, that will result in a third revenue source from each project. The SG can offer a partnership to the end user in the these power generation deals, which is a good option for the end user to consider.

Where are Financial Reports for last ten yrs? What revenue has Scuderi brought in -- for selling an engine, the Scuderi Engine?
All I see are BS answer by Scuderi PR.
This is a scam pure and simple, if SC cannot produce any normal, commercially used reports that any corporation must provide to investors.
Answer is simple: arrest Scuderis for gross fraud, larceny and have FBI investigate this PONZI. Noone except them or their PR people have gotten more than one thin dime since this Ponzi started.
Has anyone else gotten $$ ? From the Settlement of the SEC claim anyway. SC paid .0001% on the dollar.

I have to admit, that as one of the first investors, along with my father in law, (2004), seeing both, my father and mother in law pass away without seeing anything from their investment, and seeing what happened with the SEC, it certainly doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzing about the realization of my investment. I'm sure all investors in the SG feel the same frustration as I do. I have recently spoken to them at great length about several issues. They, of course, continue to be very positive about the future of the SG and its goals, despite some setbacks, frustrations and mistakes on their part. Much of the same has happened with many, now very successful corporations in the past. As a long time business owner myself I certainly know that...timing is everything. I was recently told that they are vigorously working valuation and IPO and plan to go public by July. As investors, we know, (or should know), that all investments are a risk. And, yes, it has been a LONG time and many are becoming frustrated to say the least. However, what are the alternatives? The company does appear to be moving forward. We can only hope for complete transparency, and success in making this a reality. As Reagan said... Trust, but verify...Lets hope the SG realizes that they have a lot to lose also.

Where's the scoreboard update? Where's Paul? Where's Bill Constantine? Is it true that the Scuderi family members have moved their scam to the crowd funding sites? Whole new pool of suckers is the phrase being thrown around? IPO in 2016 right? Where are the Audited financials? We don't need no stinking audited financials! How's that class action lawsuit going? Was it dropped because there is no money in it? I would love to know the health of the Scuderi family given this fraud? Is the stress worth it? Hell yah $80 plus Million provides a hell of a lot of retail therapy!!! ruth must be still having a blast! You can't stop time and the truth will always come out in the end. Tick Tock!

Thanks for the reply Mr. Mhamil. Crusade?! Maybe. And yes I am pretty damn angry about scum bag Sal, Ruth, Nick and Bill Constantine lying directly to my face. And if you are an investor you should be to. I hope they are feeling so guilty about the way they ripped people off that they are physically and mentally sick. They will rot in hell. Nothing but scam artists and liars! So me calling them on Monday so they can feed me bullshit about how the IPO is coming next quarter is not going to happen. Sal does not have the balls to talk to me as he has proven by not returning my emails. I am looking forward to the class action suit. Only thing stopping it will be if the law firm handling determines that there just is no money left to be worth it. From what I understand their is no insurance to go after. Figures.

The Scuderi's put this scam together with the full intent of fraudulently lining their pockets. They used their knowledge of the financial markets, patent law, the legal system, and some very creative fiction to make their father out to be something he clearly was not, which added the much needed emotion (gotta pull at the heart strings) to the scam that was needed to make it complete for non accredited “investors” to line up and write checks in support of this last great GoGreen American Dream!
I am writing this as my opinion on the matter and under the full protection of the 1st amendment.

They are trying to sell both debt and equity in the projects. Do you know how much of an interest the scuderi Group investors will retain in these projects after the value is sold away to finance them?
