BTW the letter that I have is an email from Ruth Scuderi. The email should’ve been sent out to all club members but I’m sure it wasn’t. I invested in Scuderi engine in 2010 and we still have an investment club that’s considered active. Michael Hall from Springfield. Massachusetts was our original club manager. I took over managing the club a couple of years ago. Our accountant still produces K ones for us every year. I don’t know how much longer this can go on.

I have the same email from Ruth dated 06/20/14. I think you need to go back and reread the paragraph where it states “3% of the total revenue produced from the sale of the first 100 megawatts of installed systems will be paid directly to our current shareholders”. If you understand that statement the first plant in Holyoke represents 4 megawatts of an installed system. It’s going to be a while before ESG reaches 100 megawatts of installed power. My best advice is to call or visit the office. I speak with them once every 2 weeks and understand exactly what is on the horizon.

ESG has its issues, but American workers must be free to consider and invest in clean environmental based companies. Its also the peoples identical right to have the choice "not" to be forced to invest in filthy fossil fuel price gouging outfits who line their pockets with our taxes. Magnificent! Ponder the (Harvard Law School forum on corporate governance) opinion on ESG... Enlightening to say the least. All scuderi, holyoke, and ESG investors oughta read it instead of wondering and wishing aloud about a webinar, or a 2bit interest payment royalty. Neither will present itself as ESG continues to be assaulted. Pay attention to our investment and the effort being made to destroy it. Hit search for this opinion... |

Keep all these proboard engine blog sites open. Freely formed opinions are the most important aspects of gaining honest answers. When others want to cross out thoughts its a clear signal of biased, self serving, false narrative, and miserable censorship. Scuderi is, was, or at least now always will be an accomplice fossil fuel crone. ESG plays its part very well as a shimmy up to the bar prostitute for lite minded investors. Camber not to long ago made a so called deal that it hasn't the slightest chance of honoring considering they haven't a cent and the 50 for one split is still flushing. Who knows where they're going to get 750 million bucks for a so called environmental diesel fuel plant unless a magic spigot of cash is turned on... ESG? Exxon? BP? Maybe its really a simple matter of reaching into the tax trauf? As far as a Scuderi/ ESG/clean energy co is concerned an IPO, dividend payout, or royalty, its plain as the nose on your face to see the cash spigot needs a plumber cause its been rusted shut for all us unfortunate original Scuderi investors for the last 20 pathetic years.... Scuderi/ESG are hoping the carbon capture PR angle will attract a new herd of wide eyed investment cattle. Even if it did where does that leave the original investor? |
