Hi daveeh,
Because you appear to be fairly new to this let me bring you up to date. The Scuderis said many times back in the earlier days (2007-2010) that the battery powered engine wasn't going anywhere for at least 20 years because of battery issues. You can read all about this in the prospectus they published.
A simple answer to your question is NO. I doubt there is an automotive manufacturer that would listen to anything the SG would have to say, I think they blew their wad on technology that didn't work.......and maybe they forgot to relay that info to their shareholder community. I never heard any Scuderi or a representative of the SG discuss issues with the engine that might prolong a license being signed. NEVER.
Lights out in 30-45.

Sally. At this stage they could- in theory- shut it down and it would be no different than the communication they have currently. I wonder if we will ever really know when they run out of money. That sayid, they must have a staggering display of wealth as 80 mm goes a long way to support lifestyles and they seem to have at least saved some of the money that they took/ used.

To be perfectly honest I can't believe they still have Wrinn on the payroll. Somebody must owe him big time....just saying.

SCE still paying huge bond interest. If Holyoke is a failure the SCE as a viable money making concern will end. The company does not make anything. They have tech patents. TU..

Not one engine in sight for original investors to inspect. Not one engine tested. Not one engine installed.

Huge bond interest payouts convey a disregard for expenditures, timetables concerning work site beginnings, and lack of transparency. No engines seen, no engines on site, and no engines installed? Time is short for the SCE end of July promise of power and energy storage. The idea of an IPO is ludicrous. If the SCE keeps embellishing the truth toward its partners (original investors) how can anyone else take them with any kind of serious consideration. Abhorrent...

Hundreds of original investors are mystified by the continued silence by the SCE? Questions continue to be asked why no engine has been seen, or know if they have even been built? How can the end of July deadline be met? An IPO promised is a fantasy according the many original investors that were contacted. Shameful behavior.

Keep all these proboard engine blog sites open. Freely formed opinions are the most important aspects of gaining honest answers. When others want to cross out thoughts its a clear signal of biased, self serving, false narrative, and miserable censorship. Open sites such as this must stand freely and firm against suffocating shallow narrow mindness. Happy New Year! Vote for progressive American citizens and our very strong economy for working Americans... TU.

Dismiss any thought of the Holyoke site and the SCE power up that was promised by July. Maybe, just maybe try Jan 2019. What absolute lying nonsense. Baby behavior..

Bond interest payments continue to drain vital financial resources from SCE coffers. The SCE should have been working 24-7 to get this site powered up. Instead its just sitting there without engines, generators, or power. Crazy

Will bloom energy power up Holyoke instead of the SCE? Nobody has even seen an engine by the SCE? Nothing on site and nothing from the company. Original investors ripped..
